The Podars have acquired a stake in the UAE based company Fourth Dimension International Limited.

Fourth Dimension International Limited (FDIL) has a partnership agreement with Cricket Australia for running a Cricket Education Program (CEP), globally.

CEP is a unique program; first of its kind for children from age 9 to 14 years to develop overall sportsmen skill and Cricket excellence in particular.

The Podars are also looking at expanding their interests into other sports such as Badminton, Chess, Football and Tennis.

Cricket Holdings America LLC (CHALLC)

CHALLC is a joint venture between United States of America Cricket Association (USACA), New Zealand Cricket(NZC), Top Bloom Corporation Limited (Top Bloom), Podar Holdings International Pte and Insite Organization (Insite)

It has the support of current players through the Federation of International Cricketers Association (FICA). CHALLC holds the commercial rights of Cricket in USA.
