Podar have the unique honour and distinction of having a trade company Moscow Region Podar International Limited. It acts as the official Trade-House for the Moscow Regional Administration in India. The Minister of Foreign Economics Relations of the Moscow Regional Administration joined as a Director on the Board of Directors of the company. This company assists in setting up joint ventures, holding exhibitions for promotion of products and in assisting Trade between the Regional enterprises and Indian companies.


BELARUS

Republic of Belarus

In Belarus, The Ministry of Foreign Economic Trade Relations has appointed a Company of Podar Enterprise namely Belarus Podar International Limited to act as the official Belarussian Indian Trade House. Such an agreement was signed by the honorable Minister of Foreign Economic Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Mr. Marinich, and Mr. Rajiv K. Podar during the visit of HE Mr. A. Lukashenko to India in September 1997. This was indeed a unique and memorable moment for the Group as it is given to understand that this was the first time a private Group had been appointed as a Trade House by the Ministry. The Ministry has also delegated rights to Mr. Rajiv K. Podar to negotiate any matter concerning expanding and deepening of trade and economic relations between the Republic of Belarus and India and to prepare proposals on concrete aspects of Economic Co-operation.

 

BENIN

The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Employment Promotion of Republic of Benin has appointed Indo-Benin Economic Corporation & Co. (IBECC) a concern of Podar Enterprise to act as the Official Indo-Benin Trade House. The Government will use the Trade House to channelise Trade and Business with India. The Ministry has also delegated rights to Mr. Rajiv K. Podar and Mr. P. N. Muralidharan (Partner) to negotiate any matter concerning expanding and deepening the trade and economic relations between the Republic of Benin and India and to prepare proposals on concrete aspects of Economic Co-operation.
