The Podars have acquired a stake in the UAE based company Fourth Dimension International Limited.

Fourth Dimension International Limited has a partnership agreement with Cricket Australia for launching a Cricket Education Program (CEP), globally. CEP will be a unique program; the first of its kind for children from age 9 to 14 years to develop skills in sports and Cricket excellence in particular. Successful participants will be awarded a certificate jointly signed by Cricket Australia and Fourth Dimension International Limited. The Program will be launched in India by the end of 2009 and Fourth Dimension International Limited hopes to expand this globally in next three years. 

The Sequential, Competency-based training Program focuses on cricket skill development as well as improving the participant's knowledge and understanding of the game. The program will cover individual sessions on the skills of Cricket including batting, bowling, fielding and wicket-keeping as well as exploring game strategies, mental skills, nutrition, fitness and the latest techniques in skill acquisition.

The Podars are also looking at expanding their interests into other sports such as Badminton, Chess, Football and Tennis.
