Mining:
The Group proposes to enter into the field of Mining and is in process of acquiring an Iron ore
mine in South India. Apart from this the Group plans to foray into Iron ore mines in Africa, Gold
in India and Coal in Russia.
Natural Resources Consulting Pvt. Ltd (NRC):
A newly incorporated company promoted by the Group specializes in consulting and acting as
one window shop for Natural Resources in India as well as Globally. In a short span of 6 months
NRC has been actively working with companies from Russia, Australia and China. |

Apart from its in-depth knowledge and contacts in India, it has strategic alliance in CIS, South
Africa, Australia, Suriname and China; offering huge resource opportunities in Coal, Iron ore,
Manganese, Bauxite, Gold etc. Recently the group has also acquired assets in India and plans to start its own production shortly.
NRC offers entire consulting activities right from identification of resources,
technological due diligence, legal due diligence, feasibility study, negotiations, application for
mining liaison, follow up for mining license and finalization, post acquisition activities, management and finance tie ups.
Manufacturing:
HI-PILE FABRICS: Podars setup the largest producing factory of Quality Synthetic Fur Fabrics in
India. To acquire the best possible know how, the company entered into a Technical
Collaboration with M/s. Karl Eybl of Austria. M/s. Karl Eybl is a highly reputed company and the
largest knit producer of Europe having its units in Austria, USA, East Europe, and several other
countries world over. The plant and layout were designed by M/s. Gherzi of Zurich (Switzerland). |

The company has major equipments from UK, U.S.A. and Germany. It is a completely integrated
plant from Dyeing of Fiber to Finishing of Fabric, all under one roof. In all aspects the plant is
comparable to international standards producing very high grade quality fabrics.
The company also has facilities to make its own Acrylic Based Resins used in coating of Fabrics. |
