Podar Advisory and Consulting Enterprise Pvt. Ltd (PACEL) and Covestro (formally known as Bayer Material Science) in collaborative efforts with Rajasthan Housing Board, today completed the pilot residential project for Economically Weaker Section at Pratap Nagar. Many dignitaries were present during the Inauguration & Handing over Ceremony of ground plus three floor model unit initiated by partnership of Podar Group and Covestro.
RHB has been instrumental in promoting new technologies for construction that can save on costs, increase construction speed as well as provide better living environment to dwellers. To promote this further, RHB allotted a plot for pilot construction of LIG flats using this new PIR technology to demonstrate its effectiveness in mass housing solutions.
